Add Joe Rogan to the list of people eager to see Johnny Depp go out with his lawyer he successfully represented him in his defamation suitCamilla Vasquez.
In his latest episode of the Spotify podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Rogan praised Vasquez as “handsome and natural, and really smart”.
He added: “I’m really smart and I don’t take any shit. And we all want him to secretly fall in love with Johnny, don’t we? ”
The theme emerged during Rogan’s podcast, which featured guests Ari Shaffir, Shane Gillis and Mark Normand.
Normand, a comedian, noticed that he fell in love with Vasquez, which led Rogan to answer: “She is very handsome.”
“I think they have something,” Normand said.
Vasquez gained celebrity status thanks to his appearance in court during Depp’s defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Depp sued Heard after she announced described in The Washington Post in which she described herself as someone who “spoke out against sexual violence” and as “a public figure who represents domestic violence.”
Earlier this month, a jury in Virginia determined that Heard slandered Depp, who was awarded $ 5 million in punitive damages and $ 10 million in compensation.
Herd, who sued the counterclaim, was awarded $ 2 million in damages, but not punitive damages.
Vasquez, 37, was recently appointed a partner at California-based Brown Rudnick Law Office.
Since her victory in court, she has appeared on national television, including NBC’s “TODAY Show” and ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
The Post also reported that Vasquez had received numerous job offers from top Hollywood law firms in the weeks since the trial ended.
Depp has won the sympathy of most trial observers, and his army of fans on social media has started speculating on whether the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star and Vasquez are having fun.
Speculation intensified when Depp and Vasquez were seen embracing in court.
Videos of the two hugging in courtrooms have gone viral on TikTok and garnered millions of views.
The two of them were hailed as A-list actors themselves as interviewers and photographers rushed them as they left the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Virginia after the trial and headed to the airport earlier this month.
