X Factor star Tom Mann was left heartbroken after the tragic death of his fiancée Dani Hampson.
Tom – who was part of the band Stereo Kicks on the ITV show – revealed the mother of his eight-month-old son who died in the morning on what was supposed to be their wedding.
In a devastating announcement, he revealed: “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but my dear Dani – my best friend, my all and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 18th.
“What should have been the happiest day of our lives ended in an irreversible breakdown of heart.
“I feel like I cried the ocean. We never got to the altar; either we had to make a vow, or dance our first dance, but I know you know you were my whole world and the best thing that ever happened to me Danielle.
“I will wear this ring that I should always wear as a sign of unconditional love for you.”
He went on to say that he planned to raise their son alone in her memory: “I am completely broken trying to process this and I honestly don’t know where to go from here, but I know I have to use as much as I can for our little boy.
“I won’t be a mark on a parent like you’ve already become, but I promise I’ll do my best to raise Bowie just the way we’ve always wanted. I promise he’ll know how amazing his mom was. I promise to make you so proud.
“The most beautiful person inside and out. The most amazing soul. We have lost such a special person and I am sure we will see an abundant outpouring of love that reflects that. I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but I am sad at the moment and I will be very, very long. “
Tom added: “My dear Dani, the brightest light in every room, my world is just darkness without you. I will miss you forever. ”
His famous friends hurried to express their deepest condolences, and Lewis Capaldi wrote, “I love you brother ❤️.”
Nadine Coyle commented: “I send so much love, light and healing to you, Bowie and everyone who loved Dani !! ”.”
As Mimi Webb added, “Tom, I’m so sorry ❤️ that I’m sending you all my love and thinking of you❤️ I love you brother x we’re with you.”
Tom auditioned for X Factor as a solo artist, but was placed in the group, which reached the 2014 X Factor finals.
He continued to write songs for groups including JLS, Becky Hill and Ronan Keating.
