The executive producer of “Kardashians” pours tea in the 2nd season

“We cover it… It will be amazing – I know so much.”

It’s been barely a week since then Kardashian Season 1 finale a hit on the screens, but I think it’s free to say that fans of the famous family are already dying for information about next season.

And luckily for us, one of the idea creators of the Hulu show, executive producer Danielle King, is lifting the lid on what we can expect when the KarJenners return in Season 2.

Speaking of a recent episode It’s the deadline Crew call podcast with Anthony D’Alessandro, Danielle was joined by none other than the Kardashian matriarch herself, Chris Jenner, while the duo teased the most anticipated plot points of Season 2 – starting with Kravis ’wedding.

In the unlikely event you forgot, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker dominated the news last month with their lavish Italian wedding, leaving fans eager to find out if we’ll get an inside look at the intimate ceremony on the show.

Of course, it’s no secret – after taking on a central role in earlier seasons In step with the Kardashians – Kourtney has reduced her approach to filming in recent years, maintaining a much stricter level of privacy when it comes to her personal life.

In fact, at one point in the interview, Chris even revealed that Kourtney and Travis, despite their wedding, who are in a large audience, are actors who currently use “the most limits” when it comes to series.

Despite that, Danielle was pleased to reveal that Hulu cameras are moving around Italy, confirming for the first time that viewers can expect to take a closer look at the wedding when the second season arrives.

“We cover it,” she said when asked if there was more than one episode dedicated to the Italian affair. “I think it’s something we’re going to tease and say you have to get involved,” she added.

“It will be amazing, I know so much. Everyone will want to get involved, ”she said, holding her cards expertly close to her chest.

Speaking of boundaries, another big topic to talk about in Season 2 is the possibility for fans to get a little more insight into the relationship between Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.

If you’ve watched the first season, you’ll know that Pete is often mentioned in front of the camera, and – to our excitement – even makes short cameo in the final scene after the loan.

For her part, Kim has behaved coldly in the past when asked if Pete could become a regular guest on the show, saying Diversity March that, although she did not film with him, she was not against the idea.

This is a position that Danielle reiterated when asked if more of Pete’s performances could be planned for next season, revealing that it is a pressure-free situation.

“It’s entirely up to him,” she said. “It’s entirely a conversation between Kim and Pete.”

Although Danielle went on to say that, since Pete is a performer by profession, she may need to get a little used to reality TV.

“As Kim said earlier: When the cameras turn for him, it means time to perform,” she said. “When the cameras go for this family, it’s time for it to become a reality. It’s a different muscle that they worked on, and he worked on.”

With that in mind, she hinted that Pete could appear at least once in an episode focused on a family outing at the Met Gala, where it has been confirmed that the show’s cameras are working.

“He’s legitimately a part of Kim’s life, so for those bigger moments – like when they went to the Met Bal – Pete was with her. He’s not like, ‘Get the cameras away from me.’ He is joining, ”she added.

And although Pete seems to have a more relaxed approach to the show, not everyone in the immediate family is pursuing the same relaxed policy.

While KarJenner partners like Travis Barker and Tristan Thompson have been happy to take on recurring roles in previous seasons both Kardashian i Keeping Uplongtime guys Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott and Devin Booker, never even stepped in front of the cameras.

According to Daniela, this disagreement stems from the fact that the girls’ partners are in charge of how much, if ever, they want to be filmed.

“The show is about our basic cast, about this family, so if there are significant others, it’s really up to them,” she explained. “It always depends on the significant other person or peripheral person they are dealing with. If they want to join in the fun, more power; we will be happy to cover it. “

And with the confirmation of the wedding episode (or several), the coverage of the Met Gala and the additional possibility of Pete appearing, only one question remains: When will we get the second season? It seems before we think.

“You won’t have to wait another year,” Danielle assures, adding that they hope to finish filming by the end of the month.

“We’re not done,” she concluded. “Stories continue to spread.”
