Princess Eugenie surprised royal fans by showing off a small tattoo as she joined her family for the second day of the Queen’s platinum jubilee celebrations.

It is believed to be the first time she has exposed her ink, which looks like a small circle or heart behind an ear, in public.

The Queen’s granddaughter usually wears her hair loose on official engagements, but half-raised, half-down hair for the Thanksgiving Service at St. Paul’s Cathedral meant she was on display.

Eugenie today joined Prince Charles, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Wessex family at a religious event. Meghan Markle i Prince Harry were also present, for the first time in the royal family after leaving the royal family and moving to the United States in 2020.

She combined a bright orange dress with a black hat and heels. She arrived with her husband Jack Brooksbank, sister Princess Eugenie and brother-in-law Ed.

Eugenie is not the only member of the royal family with a tattoo, and there have been fun royal piercings over the years.

Lady Amelia Windsor, the granddaughter of the Queen’s cousin, Prince Edward, is a model and often shows off her tattoos in paintings and on Instagram.

He has a large tiger with ink on his shoulder and tattoos on his wrists.

Looking back through history books, there is that a former king who had a rather unexpected body art – which he won because he never expected to be on the throne.
