Prince Harry says to ‘start apologizing’ if Duke wants to ‘fix fences’ after hesitation | Royal | News

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to the royal fold to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee – but their lower-ranking seats were a significant sign of their status change. Far across from the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Harry and Megan sat in the second row, behind the Wessex family and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. Royal observer Kat pointed out that Harry should “start with an apology”.

In an interview with Us Weekly Royally Us, Kat said, “If Harry wanted to fix the fences, then he should have started with an apology. He destroyed them.”

Host Christina Garibaldi added: “It seems that a lot of people were on the side of the royal family in all this.”

Leader Christine Ross noted, “Although we barely saw Harry and didn’t really do much during the Jubilee, they were still part of the conversation.”

But Harry “feels he owes him an apology” from the royal family after he made his grievances in his interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Royal biographer Angela Levin told The Sun: “I think he would be very, very upset that he was mostly ignored.

“She still feels sorry for him.

“But he is the one who should apologize. He said during an interview with Oprah that Charles and William had been captured, he said his father had interrupted him.

“You can’t just be rude to people and expect them to open their hearts to you again.”

Harry and Meghan are no longer using their HRH styles and the event was their first public appearance alongside the Windsors since they stepped down from the position of senior members of the royal family two years ago in the midst of Storm Megxit.

However, they made a solo procession, holding hands, through the nave of St. Paul’s Cathedral, after the rest of the mass of more than 40 members of the royal family and in front of the future King Charles and Cambridge.

They were personally accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Sir Alexander Matheson of Matheson, the Queen’s senior gentleman Asher.

Given that little happened by chance in the great choreographic royal occasions, it seemed to be a recognition of Harry’s place as sixth in line and a former backup heir and the way things used to be.

Meghan, in an elegant Dior coat and hat accordingly, laughed as she walked through the church, while Harry occasionally bit his lip while nodding his head greeting members of the congregation.

The television camera did not show the obvious interaction between Harry and his brother William, who have been facing a rift for a long time, nor the Duke and Charles, who also had a problematic relationship, or between Meghan and Kate.

Just over a year ago, Harry and Meghan accused an unnamed member of the royal family, not the Queen or the Duke of Edinburgh, of racism and painted the monarchy as a carefree institution in their controversial Oprah interview.

Meghan publicly singled Kate out because she allegedly made her cry before the wedding.
