PRINCE Charles emotionally paid tribute to “Your Majesty, Mom” during a concert at the Palace of the Stars.
The Prince of Wales poured out his heart as he greeted the Queen for being with the British “in our difficult times”.
Millions of viewers watching from home were deeply moved when he said, “You met us and talked to us.
“You laugh and cry with us and, most importantly, you were there for us.”
Addressing the monarch directly with “Your Majesty, Mom,” he said: “The scale of tonight’s celebration – and the outpouring of warmth and affection throughout this jubilee weekend – is our way of thanking you – from your family, the country, the Commonwealth, in fact the whole world. .
“On behalf of all of us, I wanted to pay tribute to your lifetime of selfless service.


“Your family now spans four generations. You are our head of state. And you are also our mother.”
And he said the queen’s “strength and remnant” – her late husband Philip, who died last year – was “much missed”.
“I’m sure he’s here in spirit,” Charles said.
“My dad would enjoy the show and join us with all his heart in celebrating everything you continue to do for your country and your people.”
He spoke to the audience minutes after his son, Duke of Cambridgecame out on stage to speak about the Queen’s service.
William joked that the space “turned into an IMAX screen” while performers, including Queen and Rod Stewart, entertained the audience.
And he used the speech to talk about the environment, talking about his pride in his father Charles and grandfather Philip for their work.
