Nicole Kidman knows how to take fashion risk.
While you are talking to Baz Luhrmann for Vogue Australian June issueat newsstands on Monday, the 54-year-old actress said she wore a viral Miu Miu micro-mini skirt on the cover Vanity Fair‘s Hollywood Edition 2022.
Kidman told Luhrmann, 59, that she “appeared” on the set, and Vanity Fair she chose different clothes to wear. But then she saw Miu Miu’s clothes and asked if that was an option. “I was like, ‘No, no, I like this one! Can I wear it?’ She recalled.
It’s a question Enchanted star explained, caused by the stylist Katie Grand – which Kidman described as “fantastic” – to make sure she heard the star well.
‘Katie was like’ Are you ready to wear it ?! ‘ And I said, ‘Wear it ?! I beg you to wear it!’ “Kidman revealed.

In his interview with Luhrmann for Vogue Australia, the two stars have looked back on their time filming the 2001 musical Red mill! and their friendship over the years since then.
The couple was also thinking about Nashville, Tennessee, the city where Luhrmann filmed the upcoming Elvis biographical film, and where Kidman lives with her husband Keith Urban and their two daughters.
“I was in Nashville a lot – we recorded all the gospel in all those old churches,” said the director.
In response, Luhrmann joked, “I love Nashville and I love her too. I call her ‘Doli Lama of LA,’ you know?”
