Actor Jaideep Ahlawat recently finished directing Sujoy Ghosha, which is an adaptation of the Japanese novel The Loyalty of suspect X by Keigo Higashino. The film, which is provisionally untitled, stars Jaideep Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vijay Varma. In an exclusive conversation with indianexpress.com, Jaideep has opened its experience in working with Kareen, who is debuting in digital form with this project. Jaideep said Kareena fans will be surprised to see her in a completely different avatar in the adaptation of The Devotion of Suspect X. Calling the actor a “complete professional”, Jaideep said she is an actress who is always fully ready to shoot.

“I did not have an opinion about her off screen because I never met her. But definitely, from the day I started working with her, I realized that she is a thorough professional who arrives on sets after he is completely ready. She puts in a lot of hard work and is very honest. It is very cold. “Even though I knew I was working with a star, she never made me like that,” he said, adding that she was “someone who would constantly praise you.” Speaking in Hindi, Jaideep said: “She would praise me all the time, which was quite embarrassing.
