Alex’s video shows the four types of mums that you see at the school gates and it’s clear that they all dress very differently.

In Alex’s video, she goes through the different types of mums, showing off outfits that they would typically wear.

The first type of mum that Alex has spotted at the school gates is “the rich housewife”.

According to Alex, this type of mum wears an all black, sporty outfit, with a Chanel handbag and chic sunglasses.

Not only this, but this mum seems to pull a face as though she thinks she is better than the other mums.

Next is “the corporate boss”, typically a mum in an all black smart suit with court heels and a glamorous bag.

According to Alex, this type of mum has subtle facial expressions and is sweet and smiley as she drops the kids off for the day before heading off to her office job.

The next type of school mum is “the farmer’s wife”, who, according to Alex, typically wears a khaki Barbour jacket, brown boots and a brown bag.

This kind of mum tends to be very happy and smiley as she waves the kids off for the day.

And finally, the mum that many of us may have turned into following lockdown, “the one who’s always late and in pajamas”.

After wearing elasticated bottoms for a year and a half, many of us seem to have forgotten how to wear normal clothes, and according to Alex, this mum arrives at school in an oversized puffer coat and tracksuit bottoms, looking overwhelmed and slightly stressed out.

So which mum are you?

Alex’s video has clearly impressed many as it has racked up a whopping 204.4k views.

It has 2,992 likes, 52 comments and 119 shares.

Many mums took to the comments to express which kind of mum they are, with many fiding Alex’s video hilarious.

A third commented: “I’m always the last one.”
