Theme of the June issue no Luxury the magazine is an escape. From exciting fashion to travel inspiration and self-care ideas, our stories emphasize the fact that escape can come in many forms. And in our fashion shoot, we show that you don’t need to jump on a plane to get away from everyday life.
The apartment at the Palazzo Versace Dubai became our playground for the day as we celebrated the idea of separating ourselves from the adult and taking some precious time with a gilded stay.
Alexander McQueen’s cloud-painted dress was the perfect outfit to embrace the childish joy of a balloon, while the fluffy Valentine’s jacket was the ideal foil to dance through the glittering curtain. Michael Cinco’s hand-decorated dress from Dubai transformed our model Milena into a fashion mermaid in a spacious circular bathtub in the apartment, while a relaxed bodysuit and oversized Gucci jacket was complemented by a splash of flower petals.

As an adult, jumping on the bed is generally considered forbidden, but Dolce & Gabbana silver sequins sparked this little rebellion, just as Kuwaiti designer tulle dress by Bazza Alzouman became a romantic picnic outfit to enjoy a chocolate cake alone. In order to better evoke such a free spirit, make-up artist Gulum Erzincan created a butterfly of multicolored crystals on Milena’s face, which evolved during the day.
For those who crave a break from being the only adult in the room and who want to retire to the carefree days of childhood – even for a short time – there is a simple formula. Get involved, get dressed and request a late check-out.
