Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy’s fashion face off during the Wagatha Christie court battle

Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy have upped the style stakes as they arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice in London for their Wagatha Christie libel trial, which kicked off this week

Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy have served up some serious style on the steps of London’s Royal Courts of Justice this week as they’ve been papped heading into their Wagatha Christie libel trial.

The 36-year-old wife of former England footballer Wayne Rooney, is facing legal action after she accused Rebecca, who is married to Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, of leaking stories about her to the press.

In the now iconic tweet which was published in October 2019, Coleen revealed she had gone to great lengths to try and figure out who was behind the leaks, and was dubbed ‘Wagatha Christie’ thanks to her super sleuthing skills.

Rebekah has denied leaking the stories, and is suing Coleen for libel.

Mum-of-four Coleen has stuck to her favorite high-street brands mixed with designer threads, and rocked a more laid back look than her adversary.

Rebekah, who shares five children with footballer Jamie, has opted for sleek and demure high fashion looks for her court appearances, with huge sunglasses covering her face.
